Thanks Dennis, but I am afraid that this patch is not ok. We cannot change the visibility
of API methods as they are defined by the spec. Otherwise myfaces would not be compatible
with the RI. Maybe you could make a patch without modifying UIData (or at least without changing
the visibility of its methods)?
