Yup. Equal weight as far as I'm concerned. This is my take:

#2: I like the concept, but I don't like the color scheme or the
font/capitalization.

#4. I like its simplicity, color scheme and font.

IIUC, we can work with the winning logo's designer to tweak it a bit? Or is
that a violation of the voting we do here?
