Subject [jira] Closed: (WAGONSSH-31) external wagon overwrites/ignores ssh-agent

Brett Porter closed WAGONSSH-31:

     Resolution: Cannot Reproduce
    Fix Version: (was: 1.0-alpha-6)

it is working with the latest snapshot underboth pageant and ssh-agent on cygwin. This is
the case whether the private key exists, does not exist, or exists but is invalid in the default
location. It seems they all ignore any keys given if an agent is running.

> Wagon calls scp/ssh always with a private key, even if none is specified unding the default
.ssh/id_dsa. This prevents the interaction of ssh/scp with a running ssh-agent, that already
manages the necessary private keys.
> Use case: I access several servers with different private keys with same or different
user. Keys are added to a running ssh-agent as appropriate. Without explicit definition of
the public key, external wagon fails now if I access such a server that uses not the standard
key.
> Note: Same applies using putty and running the putty agent.
