Hi,

We have staged Maven 3.2.3 and I'd ask that users try and test this =
version because we have changed to using the HTTPS connection to Maven =
Central by default. The information for the release can be found below. =
I encourage users to give this release a spin before we actually release =
it to ensure the HTTPS connection is working for everyone.
