Who-Hoo, thanks so much Wayne :-)

That  totally solves my problem.

Basically, I was filtering one of the .apt files for my site (actually, 
.apt.vm) and was getting confused about filtering.

Great way to wake up Saturday morning with a simple solution to 
something that was making me crazy.

The documentation was not wrong, I was just not reading enough of it.
