Actually, read the message again:
"Verifying availability of ...pom file from [repository1,
repository2]... The pom is missing"

Where did this pom file come from? Did you acquire it from the
eclipselink repo, or central? Or did you use "mvn
install:install-file"? Or did you put it in that directory manually?
