Subject RE: Maven zip artifact

I wonder if a system type of dependency would work for that?

http://maven.apache.org/guides/introduction/introduction-to-dependency-mechanism.html

<dependencies>
    <dependency>
      <groupId>javax.sql</groupId>
      <artifactId>jdbc-stdext</artifactId>
      <version>2.0</version>
      <scope>system</scope>
      <systemPath>${java.home}/lib/rt.jar</systemPath>
    </dependency>
  </dependencies>

Hey Cody,
How would you unzip a static zip file rather than a Maven artifact?
