You should already have a .m2 folder in your home folder. You can 
install those JAR files, one by one, using the "mvn 
install:install-file" command. Here is an example:

mvn install:install-file -DgroupId=YOUR_GROUPID -DartifactId=ARTIFACTID 
-Dversion=1.0.0 -Dpackaging=jar -Dfile=YOUR_JAR_FILE
