Hi,

it looks that you are using an old version which seemed to have a 
problem....for example the groupId looks weird.

The other part about fixing central can simply answered.
It won't be fixed, cause other may be using these artifacts.
So the only solution is to go to newer versions..

Furthermore if only this is slowing down your build you should think 
about using a repository manager (see 
http://maven.apache.org/repository-management.html)
