Ah, ok.  Thanks Wayne and Ron.  Yeah, for efficiency I think we'll
need a MRM no matter what.

I suppose we could simply mirror most of the plugins to the company
repository that we think we'll need.  But that could be a major pain
whenever someone wants to use another plugin that they have to go
through whoever to get it downloaded to the company repository before
they can actually use it.
