I know there's a 3rd party plugin for timestamped builds from cmdline but is there any out of the box option? It's very very consistent the difference in speed so timestamping should help in locating the lag. Although 10 seconds in a 1min build is a bit hard to track down and might just be distributed throughout. It's a very plugin heavy build. A lot of configured plugins that are running. There's no other obvious clues to why it would be slower.
