Just added it as a dependency. ie:

    <dependency>
      <groupId>${project.groupId}</groupId>
      <artifactId><sibling artifact ID></artifactId>
      <version>${project.version}</version>
      <type>jar</type>
      <scope>compile</scope>
    </dependency>
