Hi

Today I ran into the same problem. It seems ibiblio has done a "cleanup"
of their repository. However, once published jars should stay there
forever, especially the jars that Maven depends on. I can not control
its version from my project descriptors. A (ugly) workaround is to
download the jar from some other place and put it in your own maven
repository.
