Hi,

I installed and used Maven on a project a few months ago. I did not use
it for a while, and when I ran '%maven site' again today, Maven downloaded
some files, then the build failed. I was a little annoyed. Why did Maven
break when it was once working fine?  The error I got follows; can
someone tell me how to fix this? I couldn't find any documentation about
it.
