Subject RE: Scm question

Oh that part of it is two-fold, in the unix environment I am running
maven seems to be doing as it should. The catch is for security reasons
it is denied internet access. So on my windows platform I and several
of my coworkers are attempting to run this locally and continue to have
ClassNotFoundExceptions, so maven plugin:download -DgroupId=maven
-DartifactId=maven-scm-plugin
-Dversion=1.5-beta-3 yields:

"Could not find the class:
org.apache.commons.jelly.tags.velocity.VelocityTagLibrary"

I have looked in the jar file in the repository, the class file is
there(commons-jelly-tags-velocity-20030303.205659.jar)

So in the windows environment I am fairly sure I have followed all the
setup instructions in the documentation avaliable to me to the letter.
I made a JIRA entry about this as well with a full stack trace, I
figured it was kind of important. I plan to take the time to look at
the source tonight, see if I have any more useful information for you.
In the meantime thanks for the open-source software.

I've reverted the live documentation to this, as I said in the last
mail.

Can you detail the problem you had with installing the beta?
