So you have to take this output and generate environment variables!
set SSH_AUTH_SOCK=/tmp/ssh-VQPkPCF688/agent.688
set SSH_AGENT_PID=2292

> Could not open a connection to your authentication agent.

Now ssh-add knows the PID and the SOCKET for the communication.
