Hi,
firstly you have to create a cvs user file to maven in your server.
You can use like this goal to make it. Change this goal with your
configs then run it.

<goal name="cvspass">
<cvspass cvsroot=":pserver:userid@cvs_server:repository_dir"
password="user_passwd" />
</goal>
