Yes, you can.
You only need to add the generated html documentation in the
navigation file used for the pdf.
For example :
<item name="Purpose" href="/index.html"/>
<item name="Changes" href="/changes-report.html"/>
<item name="Dependencies" href="/dependencies.html"/>
