You don't call Ant tasks from the project files, but you can do this
in maven.xml:

<project xmlns:ant="jelly:ant">
  ...
  <preGoal name="java:compile">
    <ant:javacc .../>
  </preGoal>
  ...
</project>

You can make it a pre or post goal to something else if you want.
