Subject RE: cruisecontrol, CI & maven

I tweaked the plugin, as quite a few properties just don't make sense.

One was the checkout directory.

If I'm running maven cruisecontrol, I already have a directory with code 
in it. I didn't understand why it used 'checkout'.
