Subject Re: (again) Mirror of Maven at CICA (Spain)
Date Mon, 15 Sep 2008 12:48:02 GMT
Hi,

There's still no connections registered in our logs.

Is there any possibility to try a 22 port Scan from your server to us?
Something like nmap or so.

If you can see ssh active, then all should be ok, but if not, trouble
can be in your outgoing filters or in our input filters.

We have duplicated our firewall entry related to IP 63.246.20.112 with
an IP of one of our servers located at Chicago, and we have accesed
sucessfully at first try. No other rules or configuration changes were
needed. Just like yours.

So, could you try the following and send results to us?
1.-Nmap scan to ftp.cica.es. You should see 20, 21 and 22 active ports.
2.-Try to do a "telnet ftp.cica.es 22" and sending output.

Our apologize for the inconvenience,

Best Regards and thanks in advance
