deploy should force clean
-------------------------

         Key: MNG-253
         URL: http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/MNG-253
     Project: m2
        Type: New Feature
    Reporter: Brett Porter

interesting use case for lifecycles - like to see what everyone thinks.

I think there could be a very first phase which preps the source tree. It would by default
have clean:clean bound to it - but it would not be called unless
- specified on command line
- listead a goal in pom.xml, in which case every lifecycle operation will clean first!

Then, we can have deploy force the binding of clean. I think this is a good idea, but how
to actually do it is interesting.
