Subject [jira] Updated: (MNG-138) ability for user to add their own repositories for downloads
Date Thu, 17 Mar 2005 02:51:50 GMT

Brett Porter updated MNG-138:
-----------------------------

    Fix Version: (was: 1.0-alpha-1)
    Environment:
    Description:
previously, user's could add their own repositories to override.xml but this was removed.

The ability to do this is required. It could be done in a properties file, perhaps like so:

maven.repo.<id>.name=My Internal Repository
maven.repo.<id>.url=http://...

  was:
previously, user's could add their own repositories to override.xml but this was removed.

The ability to do this is required. It could be done in a properties file, perhaps like so:

maven.repo.<id>.name=My Internal Repository
maven.repo.<id>.url=http://...

this only makes sense for the mirroring strategy really - putting off until a mirror is considered
a first class citizen (and we have one!)
