--------------------------------
    Resolution: Not A Problem

This is a pegdown issue. You have to specify:

{noformat}
[flush()](./apidocs/MyClass.html#myMethod\(\))
{noformat}

> It's impossible to link to a JavaDoc method using Markdown
> ----------------------------------------------------------
>
>                 Key: DOXIA-502
>                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/DOXIA-502
>             Project: Maven Doxia
>          Issue Type: Bug
>          Components: Module - Markdown
>    Affects Versions: 1.4
>            Reporter: Hendrik Schreiber
>
> It's impossible to get a link like
> [flush()](./apidocs/MyClass.html#myMethod())
> to work. The problem is caused by the parentheses of myMethod().
> I tried URL encoding (myMethod%28%29), but that only leads to a link "...myMethod2829"
