Sorry for bumping such an old issue, but I would like to get this issue re-evaluated for inclusion
in a future release. I agree with [~paragsrivastava] comments. I am developing an SDK with
a paired runtime, in order to make it easier for our consumers to test their code my intention
was to supply two import poms, one compile/runtime and one test with the matching dependencies
required for each goal.
