I tried all the things you suggested:
* Changing the test names to *IT (not that I see why that would matter) - no effect
* Commenting out <parallel>all</parallel> and using only forkcount - xml is fine, but tests don't run parallely.
* Commenting out forkCount and using only parallel - no effect.
