I still think it a bug, because scope is not taken into account when resolving conflicts.


Please note that the hibernate-entitymanager is scoped test, so it should be excluded from
the war. Therefore none of its transitive dependencies should affect a conflict resolution
when building the WAR because that wouldn't make sense since the declaring dependency is excluded
anyway.
