Need a Way to Determine if a Maven Plugin Defined Within a Lifecycle Mapping Phase Should Execute
Based on Vendor Info
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

                 Key: NMAVEN-36
                 URL: http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/NMAVEN-36
             Project: NMaven
          Issue Type: Improvement
            Reporter: Shane Isbell
            Priority: Minor

Currently, DotGNU does not support the resgen plugin. This plugin is executed withing a phase
of the core lifecycle mapping. Need a way for NMaven to determine whether it should execute
a plugin based on vendor info: version, framework, vendor.
