     This works fine:
    
    /** The project. */
    @Parameter(required = true, readonly = true, defaultValue =
"${mojoExecution}")
    private MojoExecution mojoExecution;

    @Override
    public String getGoalName() {
        return this.mojoExecution.getMojoDescriptor().getGoal();
    }

    It was a bit of effort to get it to work with AbstractMojoTestCase but
not too bad.
