The repository:bundle-create task should check the availability of dependen=

It just happened to me that in a ibiblio upload, I was referring to an arti=
fact that once existed there, but has been removed and now only exists in m=
y local repo.

As I couldn't find the "repository" plugin, I filed this issue here, sorry =
if this is the wrong place.
