Environment: Window XP JBuilder X Enterprise. Maven 1.0

Description:
If an Project is open that contains an project.xml JBuilder will not start. The Root coause
of this is.

Caused by: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: org/apache/commons/logging/LogFactory

If JBuilder is started. It also not possible to open a project that contaisn a project.xml

I tried to create a fix for this but was unable to get latest source code. I would be willing
to help on this since Jbuilder is out main development ide.
