[~kishorekumar], another thing that would be very helpful would be getting access to the browser's
timezone ID from within the report jsp pages.  This URL seems to indicate it's straightforward
to do using AJAX:

If you can get this into the report pages, it would allow them to work properly within the
user's timezone.  Please let me know!
