Subject [jira] [Commented] (CONNECTORS-1278) missing jar
Date Sat, 13 Feb 2016 23:20:18 GMT

Karl Wright commented on CONNECTORS-1278:

In order to get MCF 1.x to work, you (or somebody) was required to set up the Documentum Server
Process. Please read this:

When you installed 2.2, you could not have just done an upgrade, because that upgrade path
is not supported. You would have had to set up a whole new instance. When you did that,
you apparently did not include every jar from the DFC package, and therefore DFC is not quite
working properly. Only the Documentum Server process calls DFC directly; the MCF Documentum
connector does not - it just communicates with the Server process.
