I think it's a good idea for all applicants to attach their proposal to the ticket. The proposal should include (according to the GSoC mentor rules): (1) your previous experience with GSoC; (2) the number of hours you will be able to spend on the project; (3) a bit of your background; and (for ManifoldCF especially!) (4) your ability to access instances of the third-party systems you'd need to do the development, e.g. a Confluence instance. There is currently another person interested in working on this as well, and there are other tickets with GSoC2015 tags, so I'd encourage you to apply to all tickets you may be interested in. The team here will decide on the best fits. We want everyone to be successful. (Antonio, your writeup above is sufficient for all points except (4)). Thanks!
