Please vote on whether to release Apache ManifoldCF 1.8.1, RC1.

This point release is meant to fix a small number of serious problems with
ManifoldCF 1.8.  The issues are quite significant and include:

CONNECTORS-1153: Incremental logic not working since 1.7
CONNECTORS-1151: FileNet connector completely broken.
CONNECTORS-1138: Metadata for multiple output connectors was being largely
removed.
CONNECTORS-1145: File-based synchronization largely unusable because an
output connector could not be saved.
