Hi Karl, 

Let me comment your comments :-) 

(1) Agree, I will work on this this week.

(2) I have created two branches at github for contribution (one for version 1.7 and the other one for the trunk or 2.0). In the 1.7 branch (https://github.com/rafaharo/alfresco-webscript-manifold-connector/tree/contribution) there is currently two completely independent modules, one for the alfresco part that would be contributed as an integration plugin and the other one for the connector. The connector is hosting right now also the code of the alfresco services client

(3) I have started to work on it also

(4) I'm already providing the code for both versions (2.0 still in progress). My intention is to reduce as much as possible the final integration work for you or any other committer. The only thing that I will probably not able to do is the ant script.
