All the data points were under one cluster. Since the dataset is not really big enough. I thought the behavior is due to the dataset. I did try to vary the threshold and the convergence delta but All my data was still being put under the same cluster. In my vectorizer code, I consider only the tags (and have assigned random ranking to those) that are associated together with the user_id from the above dataset. My data format was List. I even encountered java out of heap for few values of threshold.
