Subject RE: missing FieldSelectors in lucene.net

Sunil,

Have a look at the 4.0.0 migration guide: https://lucene.apache.org/core/4_0_0/MIGRATE.html

LUCENE-3309: The expert FieldSelector API has been replaced with StoredFieldVisitor. The idea
is the same (you have full control over which fields should be loaded). Instead of a single
accept method, StoredFieldVisitor has a needsField method: if that method returns true then
the field will be loaded and the appropriate type-specific method will be invoked with that
fields's value.

Hopefully, that clears it up.

Thanks,

Subject: missing FieldSelectors in lucene.net

Hi,

I am using Lucene.net version "4.8.0-beta00005" and it seems that FieldSelectors interface
no longer exists.
Has this been replaced with any other interface?

Thanks,
Sunil Kumar
