How did you build it in Eclipse? Did you
execute the "ant eclipse" target? Did
you follow all the hints at
http://wiki.apache.org/solr/HowToConfigureEclipse?

I'd also go the solr directory and execute
"ant server dist" if you haven't already
on the off chance that you didn't get all
of the dependencies down.
