Thanks a lot Shawn for the help!
we have given dedicated server to the solr and the RAM size is 650 MB.
​This didn't​ happen when I was doing it locally.
I have seen the same problem in sphinx framework but ​it was solved using
some feature called as "rotate",
and we were able to search the QUERY while INDEXING.
