You're mixing a couple of things here.

1>  With SolrCloud, you don't need to specify shards. That's only
really for non-SolrCloud mode.
2> You can add &distrib=false to your query to only return the results
from the node you direct the query to.

e.g.
http://localhost:7574/solr/collection1/select?q=*:*&distrib=false
or

http://localhost:8983/solr/collection1/select?q=*:*&distrib=false
