It is set in solr.xml, but solr.xml has a syntax that allows you to set =
values by system properties.

By default solr.xml is setup so that the jetty.port system property =
should set the hostPort. I'm sure that works in general, so I'm not sure =
why it's not working for you.

Can you provide your solr.xml?
