I get slf4j-log4j12-1.6.1.jar from http://www.slf4j.org/dist/slf4j-1.6.1.tar.gz, it is what
interfaces  slf4j to log4j, you will also need to add log4j-1.2.16.jar to WEB-INF/lib.
