I agree with points J.J's points 1-6.  thanks

If one were to look at only one thing, the stuff i to look at woud be how Handlers get their
parameters and content streams. 

from my previous post:

I define three basic types of request handlers in:
1) standard. This gets everything from parameters (get or post)
2) posted. This gets a reader from the posted body:
3) multipart. This gets an iterator over each file item using commons-upload streaming API

 fills them up.  

It currently uses instanceof... any other ideas?
