 From the javadoc for DocMaker:


  * *doc.stored* - specifies whether fields should be stored (default
    *false*).
  * *doc.body.stored* - specifies whether the body field should be
    stored (default = *doc.stored*).

So ootb you won't get content stored. Does this help?
