Wait... perhaps it's just that  accounting for the skipTo() decrease?
Instead of MultiTermDocs.skipTo() delegating to
SegmentTermDocs.skipTo() (2 calls since they both inherit from
TermDocs), it's now just SegmentTermDocs.skipTo() directly.
