In terms of OutOfMemoryExceptions, why not attempt to alleviate this in you= r code, rather than overly relying on garbage collection. On other words: s= et big objects to null when you are finished with them, in particular in lo= ops. (like in C++) What we do in the indexing loop is to set myDocument =3D null; etc. In addi= tion, every n loops we also do a garbage collection. Otherwise we would als= o have faced memory issues.
