So, If indexes are updateing frecuentlly (5 segs. or so), I must throw the
IndexSearch every time it?s used.

It is possible, but you could make it more efficient by sharing a
single IndexSearcher among all user sessions.  Don't forget to throw it
away and get a new IndexSearcher when the index changes.
