Adding a document every minute is a little bit steep 
because it's advisable that you optimize the index 
after adding a new document because after indexing you 
have hundreds of files and without optimization you might
run out of file handles on searches, I have my update 
scheduled for every 15 minutes and my deletes every minute
(no optimization needed after delete)
