I gave the replicator module its own policy that allows blanked read/write access to all system
properties. IIRC the issue is caused by jetty code, usually because code does {{System.getProperties.get(key)}}
instead of {{System.getProperty(key)}}. The former returns a mutable map of all of them, so
it causes the issue. It would be good to fix the issue in jetty itself if its easy like this,
and remove the forked policy file!
